| Established in 1988, Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida is a not-for profit organization dedicated to helping local children live happier, healthier and more productive lives by support health care and medical research programs, education and the arts and civic and social programs. The Ronald McDonald House is a temporary "home-away from home" for families to find rest support and time away from realities for the hospital procedures and routine in any Broward County pediatric medical facility. |
| In 2006 this group of Village Landlords put together a North Pole Village Display for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald House. It brought much joy and shed a ray of hope to all who saw it. The Display has been a part of the House every year since 2006 |
| The Majic Children's Fund is a non-profit charitable organization. The fund was formed in late 1988 for the purpose of raising funds and services to South Florida |

| This has since become a yearly event that has become a kick off for the Fort Lauderdale Toys for Tots Campaign. The Village Landlords have currently donated over 600 toys to those in need. |
